If you have problems with our screen savers please
follow the steps below first before contacting PostCard USA
for technical support. Keep in mind that the screen savers will
start after the predetermined time you have chosen in the
Screen Saver Default Settings

Currently our screen savers do not work with Windows Vista.
We are working on a solution, and we will post it here
if it becomes available.

If your screen saver does not start after installation:
1 | Restart your computer and wait 15 minutes, or the time you configured in your "Default Settings" window.
2 | Un-install the Screen Saver, restart your computer and re-install the screen saver.
3 | If above steps do not resolve your problem, contact technical support via E-mail.
